Orders that do not include machines are typically processed in 1-3 business days. Lead time for machines vary and is subject to change at any time. Contact us for the most accurate lead time for a machine. Lead time is in addition to shipping time which is displayed at checkout. You will be notified using the email you provided at checkout if we encounter any delays during the processing period. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes.
- At this time, we do not ship to the U.S Armed Forces, including APO and FPO.
- Orders ship out Monday-Friday.

We offer free pickup at our Lake Elsinore Facility as an option at checkout. Custom machines may take longer to process than the advertised time. You will be notified by email when your order is available for pickup or if it will take longer than the advertised time. Your order will be held for up to 10 business days once it is ready for pickup. Unless previously arranged, your order will be cancelled and refunded if it is not picked up in 10 business days. Orders placed in an area that is not considered domestic, is considered an international order and are subject to these shipping terms. All prices on this site are in US Dollars.

International orders can be shipped using DHL Express Worldwide, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, UPS Worldwide Express Plus®, UPS Worldwide Express®, UPS Worldwide Saver®. USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, and Priority Mail International is also available in some countries.

Any import/customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.
